This model of vapor phase liquid nitrogen tank is designed for the long-term active preservation of vaccines, microbial cultures, cells, as well as human and animal organs and samples.

1. Key Technical Specifications:

· Storage Modes: Compatible with both vapor phase and liquid phase storage.

· Internal Volume: ≥1750L.

· Storage Capacity: Can hold over 93,000 2ml cryovials.

· Design Features: Utilizes vacuum insulation and offset tubing design, with a total capacity of 1770L. Below the cryovial rack platform, the liquid nitrogen capacity is ≥296L. In vapor phase storage, it maintains an internal temperature below -185°C, ensuring long-term preservation of biological samples while minimizing liquid nitrogen consumption.

· Temperature Monitoring: Equipped with two platinum probes to monitor internal temperatures in real-time, displaying both the temperature beneath the lid and inside the tank with an accuracy of ±1.0°C. Users can set custom temperature alarms to monitor maximum and minimum temperatures.

· Liquid Level Measurement: Features a differential pressure measurement system at the bottom of the rotating disk with an accuracy of ±13mm and a resolution of 2.5mm. This system offers more precise liquid level detection compared to traditional sensors.

· Hot Gas Bypass Control: Before initiating liquid nitrogen filling, the system redirects warmed nitrogen gas from the tank and piping to the environment until the desired temperature is reached, reducing additional liquid nitrogen consumption.

· Structural Design: Includes a dual-layer, foldable step design that lowers the standing position relative to the tank opening, making sample retrieval easier and safer.

· Control System: Operated by an intelligent microprocessor controller with a large LCD screen displaying real-time maximum and minimum temperatures, liquid levels, and daily liquid nitrogen consumption. The controller has a password lock to prevent unauthorized parameter changes.

· Defogging Function: A one-touch defogging feature allows for quick sample retrieval.

· Data Interface: Equipped with two RS485 data output interfaces and a remote alarm output, enabling data collection and system monitoring. Multiple tanks can be linked through the RS485 interface for synchronized control, parameter adjustments, and automatic liquid nitrogen filling.

Third-Party Probe Compatibility: A dedicated interface for third-party monitoring probes is available on the outside of the tank.
