Product Overview

The Liquid Helium Dewar is a high-performance cryogenic container specifically designed for the storage and transportation of liquid helium. It features a lightweight structure, high reliability, and excellent thermal insulation performance.

The vessel adopts a reinforced structural design that maintains high mechanical strength while effectively reducing heat ingress, thereby minimizing liquid helium evaporation losses. The Dewar offers stable structural performance, making it suitable for short-term storage, transportation, and laboratory supply of liquid helium.

Its non-magnetic design meets the requirements of applications sensitive to magnetic environments, making it widely used in MRI systems, superconducting experimental equipment, and various scientific and industrial cryogenic systems.

Working Principle

The liquid helium Dewar utilizes a high-vacuum multi-layer insulation structure, combining vacuum insulation with multilayer thermal insulation materials to significantly reduce heat conduction and thermal radiation entering the container. This design ensures that liquid helium can be stored stably at ultra-low temperatures.

The neck tube, which is the primary heat leakage path, is reinforced and optimized with improved insulation design to further reduce heat loss and minimize the helium evaporation rate.

The container is also equipped with a multiple safety valve system that automatically regulates internal pressure and provides safe pressure relief, ensuring safe and stable operation during transportation and use.
