Product Overview:
The Vacuum Insulated Piping is designed for the transport of cryogenic liquids such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, liquid helium, LPG, and LNG. It is suitable for use in industries like air separation, gas, aerospace, electronics, superconducting, chip manufacturing, automation, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, biobanks, rubber, new materials production, chemicals, and steelmaking. This hose is commonly used with low-temperature equipment (e.g., cryogenic tanks, Dewar flasks, cold boxes) and in scientific research.

The pipe features high-vacuum, multi-layer, multi-screen insulation technology, known as Vacuum Insulated Piping (VI Piping) or Vacuum Jacketed Piping (VJ Piping). This modern alternative to traditional insulated piping significantly reduces thermal leakage, with only 3.5% to 5% of the heat loss compared to conventional insulation, leading to substantial energy and cost savings for customers.
